SHIPPING POLICY
A flat rate of $15 applies for all deliveries on the Sunshine Coast.

Same day delivery is available on orders made before 2:30pm.

Deliveries are available from Monday-Saturday and exclude Sundays and public holidays. We cannot guarantee the exact time the delivery will be made, however, we try and accommodate as best we can to your needs. Please get in touch with any specific requests.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Adore Flowers guarantees the value, flower quality and freshness of every order. However excessive heat, air conditioning, or changes in climate can adversely affect the longevity of the flowers.
If you are not happy with the delivery for any reason, please contact (07) 5444 4588 within 48 hours of the delivery to discuss.
